Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if an item is in stock?

In most cases, only items in stock will show size availability. If a size is greyed out, has a cross over it or is marked as sold out on the drop-down on the product page, this means that the item is out of stock. We will always try to label sold-out items clearly and remove them from the site as soon as possible as we know how frustrating it can be to see that you missed out on your coveted item!

Items that are not yet in stock may be marked as ‘Coming Soon’ and can usually be added to your wishlist so that you can get an email notification when the item becomes available for purchase. If for some reason you do not have this option, please contact Customer Service ( ) and we’ll take it from there.

Please note that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it is not reserved, and will be available to other customers while you are browsing.


Do you have a physical store?

At the moment we do not have any stand-alone stores but sign up for our newsletter ( ) to stay up to date with all Mazelle Studios news! 


How do I return an item?

Sale items are not eligible for return

If you would like to return one or more full-price items from your order, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The item(s) must be in original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.

To ensure that your return reaches us safely and quickly, we recommend that you use a trusted tracked service. Remember to keep a hold of your receipt just in case! Mazelle Studios is not responsible for the cost of any lost items and all postal charges are non-refundable.

Do I have to pay Duty and Import charges?

If you order Product(s) for international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. In the event that you return an item, the import duties will be refunded if they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included then you will be responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country/region for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.


Is my personal information kept private?

Mazelle Studios keeps all of your personal data safe and will not sell it to third party companies. We also provide super secure checkouts by encrypting your credit or debit card details using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL protects all of the information that you send us over the internet and is easily identifiable with a padlock symbol at the top of your browser.

If you suspect any suspicious activity using your credit or debit card please contact your issuer on the first instance.
