Standard Delivery – (£6.99)

Place your order before 2 pm Monday to Friday and we’ll deliver it in 3-5 working days for £6.99 to most UK mainland postcodes. Please allow an additional 1-3 working days for more remote locations – You can consider yourselves fashionably late!

All purchases can be fully tracked and we’ll send you a tracking link for your order within an hour of dispatch. A signature may be required for your delivery, so if you are not going to be in to sign, please make alternative arrangements via the tracking link.

Next Day Delivery – (£10.99)

Place your order before 2 pm Monday to Saturday and we guarantee next working day delivery for £10.99 to most UK mainland postcodes. This might be trickier for more remote locations and it does not include bank holidays but if you require further assistance, please contact Customer Services.

All purchases can be fully tracked and we’ll send you a tracking link for your order within an hour of dispatch. A signature may be required for your delivery, so if you are not going to be in to sign, please make alternative arrangements via the tracking link.

Please note, our delivery services will be affected over bank holidays and during sale periods. No deliveries are made on Bank Holiday Monday or any other national holidays.

International & Special Delivery

We deliver internationally! However, if you’re worried about a delivery reaching you in a special or unique location please contact us and we’ll do our best to get your goods to you! Be sure to join our mailing list ( ) to stay updated with any shipping news.

We also offer FREE SHIPPING to any location for orders over £250!

We do not deliver to PO Box numbers or BFPO addresses but in some very special cases, we may be able to deliver to an address not supported by our usual courier team. Please contact Customer Services ( ) for more information.

USA DELIVERY – (£15.99)

We deliver to all inner land USA zip codes for £15.99. Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your goods. A signature will be required for your delivery, so if you are not going to be in to sign, please make alternative arrangements via the tracking link.

REST OF THE WORLD – (£20.99)

Not in the UK or USA? We deliver to most international areas for £20.99. Please allow up to 10 working days for your delivery. A signature will be required for your delivery, so if you are not going to be in to sign, please make alternative arrangements via the tracking link.

All purchases can be fully tracked and we’ll send you a tracking link for your order within an hour of dispatch.

 

If you order Product(s) for international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. In the event that you return an item, the import duties will be refunded if they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included then you will be responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country/region for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

 

Returns

Sale items are not eligible for return

If you would like to return one or more full-price items from your order, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The item(s) must be in original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.

To ensure that your return reaches us safely and quickly, we recommend that you use a trusted tracked service. Remember to keep a hold of your receipt just in case! Mazelle Studios is not responsible for the cost of any lost items and all postal charges are non-refundable.
